DOL Revises Regulations for Administrative Claims Under the Federal Tort Claims Act and Related Statutes

The Department of Labor is amending its regulations to update the process for submitting administrative claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act, the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act, and for payment of claims related to the Job Corps, reflecting recent changes to the implementing authority and allowing for up to $100,000 in payment for emergency or extraordinary circumstances.
