Changes to Labor Certification Process for H-2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Employment in the US

The US Department of Labor revised H-2B regulations and transition period for temporary non-agricultural employment, requiring employers to submit H-2B applications postmarked 60 days after the Final Rule was reported to Congress, effective February 21, 2012.
