DOL Submits ERISA Information Collection Request for OMB Review

The Department of Labor is submitting an Employee Benefits Security Administration sponsored information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval to continue using the form in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
