ETA Publishes Operating Instructions for Implementing TAAEA Amendments

The U.S. Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration (ETA) has released new operating instructions to help State Workforce Agencies implement the Trade Adjustment Assistance Extension Act of 2011 (TAAEA), which amended the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program, restoring expanded certification criteria and benefits.
