LexisNexis Expands Customer Service Operations with New Staffing Arrangement

LexisNexis, a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier, has expanded its customer service operations in Albany, New York, by hiring on-site and remote workers from various staffing agencies, including Manpower, Robert Half International, Corestaff Services, and Kforce Technology, to report to its Miamisburg, Ohio facility.
