US Department of Labor Updates Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 and Federal-State Extended Benefits Program
The US Department of Labor has released updated trigger notices for the Emergency Unemployment Compensation 2008 (EUC08) Program and the Federal-State Extended Benefits (EB) Program, reflecting changes in state eligibility since the last notice. As of June 16, 2012, Nevada, New Jersey, and Rhode Island were removed from the EB program due to their unemployment rates not meeting the necessary criteria.
