The Department of Labor is requesting the Office of Management and Budget to review and approve the Mine Safety and Health Administration's information collection request for Ground Control Plans for Surface Coal Mines and Surface Work Areas of Underground Coal Mines, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
