Hawaii State Plan for Occupational Safety and Health Modification and Transition

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is modifying the Hawaii State Plan's final approval status and transitioning to initial approval, reinstating federal enforcement authority over private sector occupational safety and health issues that have been covered solely by the Hawaii State Plan since 1984.
