OSHA Announces Approval of Revised Hazard Communication Standard Information Collection Requirements

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has received approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the revised information collection requirements under the Hazard Communication Standard (HCS), as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA-95). The approved OMB control number is 1218-0072.
