Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Annual Funding Notice for Defined Benefit Pension Plans to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is requesting public comment on its Employee Benefits Security Administration-sponsored information collection request for annual funding notices for defined benefit pension plans, which must be reviewed and approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
