Department of Labor Submits Information Collection Request for Carrier's Report of Issuance of Policy to OMB for Review and Approval

The Department of Labor is submitting a revised information collection request, 'Carrier's Report of Issuance of Policy,' to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, as mandated by the U.S. Code (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).
