SBA Reopens Comment Period for SBIR and STTR Commercialization Benchmark

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is extending the public comment period for the SBIR and STTR Commercialization Benchmark notice, originally published on August 8, 2013, to allow more time for interested parties to provide feedback, and is also pushing back the effective date for the benchmark's application until after the comment period closes.
