US Department of Commerce Issues Supplemental Interim Final Rule for Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Proceedings

The US Department of Commerce has published a supplemental interim final rule to allow foreign governments to submit certifications in either the old or new format during antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, effective until a final rule is published.
