Certain Steel Wheels From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Countervailing Duty Determination With Final Antidumping Duty Determination

The US Department of Commerce has found that Chinese steel wheel manufacturers are receiving subsidies, and has initiated an investigation to determine the amount of these subsidies. The department will now review the findings and make a final determination.
