USPTO Extends Comment Period for Proposed Rule Changes on Trademark Requirements

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has extended the public comment period for proposed rule changes on trademark requirements until September 23, 2011, to allow for more information and exhibits to be submitted in support of trademark applications and cases.
