NMFS Requests Comments on Proposal to Issue Incidental Harassment Authorization for Marine Mammal Take in Woodard Bay, Washington

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public input on a proposal to allow the Washington State Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to take harbor seals by minor disturbance during restoration activities in the Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation Area (NRCA), in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
