NOAA Releases Draft SEIS for Replacement of Southwest Fisheries Science Center in La Jolla, CA

NOAA has released a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) for the replacement of its Southwest Fisheries Science Center in La Jolla, California, following substantial changes to the proposed project. The new SEIS assesses the environmental impacts of additional demolition activities, excavation, and site alterations not previously analyzed in the 2009 Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR).
