USPTO Publishes Notice of Patent Fee Changes Under Leahy-Smith America Invents Act

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is publishing a notice to inform the public about the availability of updated patent fee amounts, which will take effect on September 26, 2011, following the enactment of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act, and will be available on the USPTO's website.
