US Establishes 2012 Groundfish Harvest Specifications and Management Measures
The US has proposed new regulations to manage groundfish species off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, in line with the Magnuson-Stevens Act and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan, to address overfishing and rebuild depleted species.
