Takes of Marine Mammals Incidental to Specified Activities; Piling and Structure Removal in Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation Area, WA

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has issued an authorization to the Washington State Department of Natural Resources to potentially disturb small numbers of harbor seals during restoration activities in the Woodard Bay Natural Resources Conservation Area in Washington, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
