Amendments to Fishery Management Plans for Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries is proposing new rules to manage fishery resources in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The proposed rule would establish annual catch limits and accountability measures for certain fish species, allocate these limits among island management areas, and set recreational bag limits for reef fish and spiny lobster.
