U.S. Navy Seeks to Modify Marine Mammal Permits for East Coast Training Exercises

The U.S. Navy has submitted a proposal to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to modify three permits allowing for the incidental taking of marine mammals during training exercises in the Virginia Capes, Jacksonville, and Cherry Point Range Complexes off the East Coast.
