U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Seeks Comments on Marine Mammal Blasting Authorization for Port of Miami Project

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal to allow the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) to incidentally harass marine mammals during blasting operations at the Port of Miami in Miami, Florida, as part of a construction project.
