90-Day Finding on Petition to List Scalloped Hammerhead Shark Under Endangered Species Act

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is announcing a 90-day finding on a petition to list the scalloped hammerhead shark as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and to designate critical habitat concurrently with the listing, following substantial scientific or commercial information indicating the petitioned action may be warranted.
