U.S. Trade Representative Implements Uruguay Round Agreements Act Determination on Stainless Steel Imports from Korea

The U.S. Trade Representative has instructed the Department of Commerce to implement its determination under the Uruguay Round Agreements Act regarding stainless steel imports from Korea, following a WTO investigation, and is now revoking an antidumping duty order on stainless steel plate and partially revoking another on stainless steel sheet.
