U.S. Rescinds Part of Review of Italian Pasta Duties
The U.S. Trade Representative's office has partially rescinded an antidumping duty review of Italian pasta imports, effectively ending the investigation into whether Italian pasta manufacturers were unfairly priced in the U.S. market.
