Research Area Within Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary; Notice of Effective Date

NOAA has announced that the final rule for a research area within the Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary took effect on December 4, 2011, following a 45-day Congressional session period starting on October 14, 2011. This follows the publication of the final rule on October 14, 2011, as per Section 304(b) of the National Marine Sanctuaries Act.
