US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty Order on 1-Hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-Diphosphonic Acid from India

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from India, specifically for Aquapharm Chemicals Pvt., Ltd., covering the period April 1, 2010, to March 31, 2011. The preliminary results indicate that Aquapharm did not sell its product below its normal value.
