Gray Portland Cement and Clinker From Japan: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order

The US Department of Commerce has decided to extend the antidumping duty order on gray portland cement and clinker from Japan due to concerns that revoking the order would lead to further dumping and harm to the US industry, following a review initiated on May 2, 2011.
