U.S. Trade Agency Finds Mexico's Wire Rod Export Circumvents Antidumping Duty
The U.S. Commerce Department has preliminarily determined that Deacero S.A. de C.V. is evading antidumping duties on wire rod imported from Mexico, which is a violation of the Tariff Act of 1930.
