Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders on Solid Urea from Russia and Ukraine

The US Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission have determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on solid urea from Russia and Ukraine would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to the US industry, so the Department is publishing a notice to continue the orders.
