International Affairs: Nations Identified for Shark Fishing Beyond National Jurisdiction

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) plans to start identifying nations engaged in shark fishing in international waters by January 4, 2012, and publish the first list in the 2013 Biennial Report to Congress, following a review of the Moratorium Protection Act.
