NOAA Releases Final Environmental Impact Statement for Illinois Coastal Management Program

NOAA's Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for the Illinois Coastal Management Program (ICMP), following a 45-day public comment period that ended on October 31, 2011. The FEIS incorporates all comments received during the comment period for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which was released on September 15, 2011, along with a public hearing in Chicago, Illinois on October 14, 2011.
