FDIC Seeks Public Comment on Reporting Forms for Stablecoin Issuers

The FDIC is seeking public comment on new forms and instructions for FDIC-supervised permitted payment stablecoin issuers, related to an Office of Management and Budget control number assigned in connection with a proposed rulemaking. The FDIC aims to implement weekly and quarterly reporting requirements for these issuers, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
