Federal Reserve Board Seeks Comments on Rule Affecting Foreign Banks' Swaps Activities

The Federal Reserve Board is seeking public comment on an interim final rule that would allow uninsured U.S. branches of foreign banks to access federal assistance for swaps activities, and establish a process for state member banks to request a transition period to comply with relevant regulations.
