SEC Adopts Amendments to Replace Security Ratings Rule Requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission is replacing certain rule and form requirements under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 with alternative requirements, effective as of January 1, 2024, in light of Section 939A of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
