OCC Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection Renewal Under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, titled 'Procedures to Enhance the Accuracy and Integrity of Information Furnished to Consumer Reporting Agencies under Section 312 of the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003.' The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
