FINRA Approves Rule Change for OTC Equity Securities Transactions

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to update its trade reporting rules for over-the-counter (OTC) equity securities transactions, including those related to distributions and transfers of securities to create or redeem instruments such as American Depository Receipts (ADRs) and exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
