SEC Publishes Technical Correction to Dodd-Frank Rule 15Ga-1

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is issuing a technical correction to Rule 15Ga-1, adopted in 2011, to correct an error in a reference to a paragraph in the rule's instruction, as required by Section 943 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
