MSRB Withdraws Proposed Rule G-36 on Fiduciary Duty of Municipal Advisors

The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) has withdrawn its proposed rule G-36, which aimed to establish fiduciary duties for municipal advisors, and issued a proposed interpretive notice on its application to these advisors.
