FINRA Approves Proposed Rule Change to Update Definitions in By-Laws

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to amend FINRA Rule 0160, which defines terms in the organization's by-laws, as submitted by a self-regulatory organization.
