SEC Approves NYSE Arca Rule Change for TrimTabs Float Shrink ETF

The Securities and Exchange Commission approved a proposed rule change to list and trade managed fund shares of the TrimTabs Float Shrink ETF under NYSE Arca Equities Rule 8.600, following a correction to an earlier notice published on October 11, 2011.
