Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Requests Comments on Renewal of Information Collection for Identity Theft Red Flags and Address Discrepancies

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking public comment on the renewal of its information collection, 'Identity Theft Red Flags and Address Discrepancies under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003,' as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). The OCC has submitted the collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review.
