NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Exclude Rights and Warrants from Single Stock Circuit Breaker

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend NYSE Arca Equities Rule 7.11, which would exclude all rights and warrants from the Single Stock Circuit Breaker under the rule, effective immediately.
