NYSE Arca Adopts Rule to Prohibit Manipulative Quotations and Transactions

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) to adopt rule 5210, which prohibits the publication of manipulative or deceptive quotations or transactions, effective immediately.
