SEC Extends Temporary Registration of Municipal Advisors

The Securities and Exchange Commission is amending a temporary rule to extend the deadline for municipal advisors to register temporarily under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, originally set to expire on December 31, 2011, to September 30, 2012.
