U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Requests Public Comment on Extension of Form I-905 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comment on the extension of its existing information collection for Form I-905, which is used to report certain employment-based nonimmigrant petitions. The public has 60 days to review and comment on the proposed extension.
