U.S. Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Security Zones for Seafair Fleet Week Parade of Ships

The U.S. Coast Guard is setting up restricted areas around participating naval vessels during the Seafair Fleet Week Parade of Ships in Puget Sound, Washington, to prevent potential sabotage or subversive acts, effective until August 8, 2011.
