Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone at Navy Pier in Chicago Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone in Chicago Harbor from August 3, 2011, to August 31, 2011, to ensure public safety during fireworks events, restricting vessel movement and requiring permission from the Captain of the Port, Sector Lake Michigan.
