Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Change to Marine Event Dates in Fifth Coast Guard District

The US Coast Guard is proposing a temporary change to the enforcement period of a special local regulation for the Wilmington YMCA Triathlon, rescheduled from September 24, 2011 to September 17, 2011, to ensure safety on navigable waters during the event.
